Nail machine

Main applications

(1). The automatic nail making machine mainly be used for making steel nails that conform to GB349-82.

(2). The ultimate strength of the nail’s material is below 50 kgf/mm2.

Features

(5). The machine makes use of full automatic production procedure. Once start, it could make nails continuously.

Lubrication system

This machine adopts 3# or 4# calcium base grease.The friction surface should be lubricated within 15 days when the new machine begin to be operated in case of remaining dirt.All the friction surface of the machine should be lubricated before begin to be used if it has not been operated for a long time.Each lubrication part should be lubricated periodically.
